Human Resource Intern

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews.
- Onboarding and Offboarding: Help organize and streamline the onboarding process for new hires and support the offboarding process.
- Employee Relations: Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including responding to inquiries and maintaining employee records.
- Training and Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of training programs.
- HR Projects: Participate in HR projects, such as culture initiatives, benefits analysis, and process improvement studies.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, including data entry, file management, and preparing HR documents.
Ideal Candidate Profile :
- Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field.
- Skills and Abilities: Strong organizational and time-management skills; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; keen attention to detail.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
